Through a relationship with Ms. Baird of the Morehouse Research Institute, I brought in a chef from Food for Life Supreme. He spoke on what they do at Food for Life, educated students on healthy substitutes for common ingredients in popular dishes, and prepared a meal right on the spot in the Suites with his own ingredients on a portable stove top, explaining step-by-step as he went along.
